Customize Material

Security seals can be made from a variety of materials, including plastic and steel.

Plastic
Security seals can be made from a varietyMost security seals are made of plastic. They are flexible, cost-effective, and low-maintenance. Among them, plastic seals are the most used for plastic materials. There are three main materials of plastic seals: of materials, including plastic and steel.

Polypropylene

Polypropylene (PP), a synthetic resin built up by the polymerization of propylene. One of the important family of polyolefin resins, polypropylene is molded or extruded into many plastic products in which toughness, flexibility, light weight, and heat resistance are required. PP is tough, flexible, lightweight, heat resistant, and has good chemical resistance. It can be heated, cooled, and reheated without significant deterioration. PP is also a good electrical insulator.

Polyethylene

Polyethylene(PE) is a member of the important family of polyolefin resins. It is the most widely used plastic in the world, being made into products ranging from clear food wrap and shopping bags to detergent bottles and automobile fuel tanks. Polyethylene is available in many types, grades, and formulations with different properties. The most common types of polyethylene can be broken up into branched versions, linear versions, and cross-linked polyethylenes.

ABS Plastic

ABS plastic is commonly used in the production of consumer electronics such as computer keyboards, computer mouse, remote controls, phone cases, and audio/video equipment housings. Its impact resistance, versatility, and electrical insulation properties make it suitable for these applications. ABS are mainly used to produce bolt seals, padlock seals and meter seals in our factory.

PC Plastic

Polycarbonate (PC) refers to a group of thermoplastic polymers encompassing carbonate groups in their chemical structures. Polycarbonates used in engineering are strong and tough. Some grades are optically transparent and used for polycarbonate lenses. They are easily worked, molded, and thermoformed.

Steel

1) Galvanized Steel

Galvanized steel is regular steel sheets that have been coated in zinc to make them corrosion resistant. Regular steel is made of iron which will rust when exposed to moisture, either in the form of rain or ambient humidity. Over time rust will corrode a steel part to the point of failure. Galvanized steel are mainly used to produce the pin of bolt seals and and wire of cable seals.

2) Tin Plated Steel

Tinplate consists of sheets of steel coated with a thin layer of tin to impede rusting. Before the advent of cheap mild steel, the backing metal (known as "backplate") was wrought iron. While once more widely used, the primary use of tinplate now is the manufacture of tin cans. Tin plated steel are often used to produce metal seals.

Customize Colors

Yoseal provides services of customizing product colors according to customers' needs. Customers can provide Pantone color numbers or corresponding pictures. After the design department confirms the color, we will arrange the production department to provide samples for customer confirmation based on these details. We can customize colors for plastic seals, bolt seals, cable seals, padlock seals, meter seals, padlock seals and tote seals etc.

Customize logo and serial number

Yoseal provides services of customizing company logo and serial number according to customers' needs. Beside customize logo and serial number, we can customize barcode and QR code for clients as well. Clients can provide the original file of company logo and serial numbers to us for reference. The production team will provide samples for clients' confirmation. We will put into mass production if there are no any problem.

Customize Craftsmanship
In the process of customizing logos and serial numbers for customers, Yoseal can provide different customization craftsmanship, including laser printing, hot stamping and embossing.

Laser Printing

Laser printing on security seals is a process that uses a laser to etch an image, pattern, or information onto a security surface. The laser is controlled by a computer that programs and modulates the content to be recorded. The strength of the laser beam depends on the material being marked. The craftsmanship are often used to produce plastic seals, bolt seals, cable seals etc.

Hot Stamping

Hot stamping is a printing method that uses heat and pressure to transfer a layer of foil onto a surface to create a security seal. Hot stamping is the main technology used for marking the Europe security seals. The method guarantees for absolutely evident seal marking. In case of any efforts to remove or manipulate the marking, it is always possible using mechanoscopic techniques to prove the existence of original marking.

Embossing

Embossing is a process that uses a small press to create a raised design or seal on a surface. Embossing seals are used for security purposes to protect against fraud and unauthorized alterations. The unique raised impression created by an embossing seal is difficult to replicate, making it a reliable indicator of document authenticity. Yoseal usually use embossing for metal seals.

Customize Wire Length

Yoseal provides services of customizing the wire length of cable seals. The standard length is 30cm. We can meet clients' request if they want to customize longer or shorter wire length.
