Metal Truck Seals

Metal truck seals are primarily used in static applications for temperatures as high as 1000°C/1832°F and pressures as high as 6825 bar/99000 psi for select applications. At low cryogenic temperatures and low pressures, such as vacuum seal applications, metal seals are far better than polymers since they do not become brittle and lose elasticity.This becomes particularly helpful at high pressures over 3,000 psi enabling metal truck seals to seal at 25,000 psi  and beyond, without risk of blow-by during proof or burst testing. Total metal truck seals service covers custom and standard sized seals from 0.250" to 300" (6 mm to 7,60 m), including circular and non-circular shapes.It can be applied to all aspects of production and life.

The metal truck seals an all-round indicative security seal. The metal truck seal is easy to close by bending the metal strap seal and click it in the locking mechanism. The metal seal has a fixed closing length which is very easy to use. You can lock and break the metal strap seal just once. A cutting tool is required to break/cut the strap seal.

The metal strap seal is used for many applications, such as: securing trailers, trucks, TIR lines, freight containers, and train / railway carriages. Because a simple cutting tool is necessary to cut the security seal, this metal strap seal can also be used against intruders in your trailer (like fugitives at the borders). They can easily break plastic seals, but not these metal strap seals. The metal strap ball seal is conform ISO 17712:2013 category indicative seals.
