Numbered Plastic Seals

Polypropylene belongs to the group of polyolefins and is partially crystalline and non-polar. Its properties are similar to polyethylene but it's sligtly harder and more heat-resistant. It is a white, mechanically rugged material and has a high chemical resistance.

According to the Pantone colors confirmed by the customer, the raw materials corresponding to the color number are selected for processing and deployment to ensure that the color number of the product is consistent with the customer's needs.

Injection moulding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould, or mold. Injection moulding can be performed with a host of numbered plastic seals materials mainly including metals, glasses, elastomers, confections, and most commonly thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers.

After posting the molding or forming, these individual components are assembled to shape the full security seals. This process requires presicion and a trained eye as technicians piece together the body, the locking mechanism, and any other parts to form a seamless, secure seals. 

After the seals are assembled, they must pass a stringent quality control process. This includes rigorous testing to ensure that each seal meets the standards for strength, tamper resistance, and durability. From measuring breaking strength withtension tests to assessing performance under various conditions, every seal must prove its worth.

Standard marking of the seals with consecutive numbering only. On demand the seals can be further customized by individual text print, logo print, white writing pad and simillar. In case the customer requires logo print by hot stamping, special customized logo die has to be produced. Printing standard leters is available without any extra charge (limitation is only by the seal size).

Packing the numbered plastic seal is also a very important step. Depending on the quantity ordered by the customer, we provide cartons of different sizes for customers to pack with plastic seals. After the packaging is completed, additional snakeskin bags/pallets will be arranged to pack all the products to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transportation.

Pallet is usually used for security seals because the customer orders a large quantity and requires overseas packaging. Using pallets for packaging can prevent goods from being scattered or damaged during transportation.
