As the name suggests, a cable seal is a locking device with a steel wire lock bar. The lock body is generally made of zinc alloy or ABS plastic, while the lock bar is made of steel alloy. This design is easy to use and provides strong sealing force. The lock body can be marked with printing such as logos, serial numbers, or other identification marks. Any theft or damage can be quickly detected, helping to better prevent unauthorized access.
The cable seal features a countersunk hole lock body containing two connected inclined holes with springs inside. A steel ball is positioned between the inclined hole and the countersunk hole. The steel ball is supported by a spring and fits into corresponding grooves. One end of the lock strap is attached to the lock body, and the other end to the lock head. During use, the free end of the lock strap is passed around the object to be sealed, and the lock head is inserted into the hole of the lock body. This causes the steel ball to align with the groove and be pressed into place by the spring, effectively locking the seal to prevent theft or unauthorized duplication.
