How to use wire seals

Leave a message

Steel wire seal is a common and most widely used sealing product on the market. However, when many users come into contact with steel wire seals for the first time, they still don't know how to use it? Here is a detailed introduction to the use process of steel wire seals:

1. Cut a piece of sealing wire to the length you need, such as 10cm, 15cm, etc. The sealing wires that can be used with plastic seals include rubber-coated steel wire, iron threaded sealing wire, colorful rubber-coated wire and copper wire, etc. ;

2. Take out a lead seal, which usually has 3 holes: 2 on one side and 1 on the other side. Cut the length of the lead seal line from the bottom hole on the side with 2 holes, which is the wire seal head. Pass it through a hole at the bottom (note that it also passes through the hole on the rotary blade), and then rotate it one or two times;

3. At this time, the bottom has been fixed, and then pass the other end of the lead sealing line through the two holes outside the object you want to seal (such as an electric meter), and then through the two opposite holes on the lead seal, and then Turn the blade at the top of the seal clockwise;

4. Rotate until you think it can be locked, stop rotating, and then break off the blade at the top of the wire seal.
